The Jahrbuch für Goetheanismus is a publication organ for Goetheanistic research and since 1984 has published current contributions, especially from the spectrum of natural sciences, medicine and pharmacy. Both renowned and young authors provide contextual insights into complex natural contexts. Interested readers, scientists, doctors and teachers will find study material and suggestions of a scientific-methodological and epistemological nature in the publications of the Yearbook.

Goetheanism is the working method of phenomenological thought which follows on from Goethe. It is accessible through the epistemological writings of Rudolf Steiner and has been further developed for more than 100 years as a supplement to established scientific methods. Empirical analysis and mental synthesis are reflected upon in order to achieve an appropriate understanding, especially of the living.

The Yearbook of Goetheanism is published by the Natural Science Section at the Goetheanum (Dornach) together with the Freie Hochschule Stuttgart (represented by Rolf Dorka, Walter Hutter, Johannes Kühl, Bernd Rosslenbroich and Hans-Joachim Strüh).
